New Patient Facilitation Training Camp
In modern dentistry, you have become expert at gathering data, diagnosing conditions, problem solving and developing complex plans. You are the experts on clinical dentistry; you are not the experts on what’s important to patients.
The more we understand those we serve as unique individuals, the better we are able to create an environment of safety, trust and confidence. In the absence of our ability to be curious about our patient and want to understand their issues, concerns and priorities, we will simply be pushing our agenda (our clinical goals) on them. Hygiene Facilitation Training Camp
This invitation-only three-day workshop is for committed hygienists from practices across the country. We have seen a rise in hygiene burnout and the loss of some of our country’s finest dental professionals. We are committed to turning that around.
Dental Hygiene is a unique profession that allows you to have more consistent contact with patients than any other health care provider, thus enabling you to truly function as their health advocate.
