All practice visits are individually tailored to meet your unique needs and challenges. Working closely with you and your entire team, we will help you refine your strategy for personal and professional growth, develop clearer, more succinct communications, and improve efficiency across the board - all with an eye towards increased profitability and harmony in the workplace.

Terry and Janis not only bring you a new, diverse set of skills and systems to meet your daily challenges; they also help you incorporate them seamlessly and rapidly. But even the best strategic plans need support and refinement. That's why we periodically visit our clients in the first year, taking 2-3 days per visit. These intensive sessions provide the time necessary to help you monitor your progress, focus on the next phase of your plan, and make essential course corrections to keep you on track to meet your goals.

During each visit, we personally evaluate your current environment in the context of your long-term strategy. Together, we practice and integrate new skills in practice management, synergistic team-building and patient facilitation.
